How to calibrate Gen 5/Gen IV Vintage Air Controls

Here is a simple procedure to calibrate your Vintage Air Gen 5 or Gen IV slide or rotary controls.

1) Turn on you ignition power.

2) Move the levers or rotate knobs to the maximum position.

3) Connect the white jumper to the grey program wire.

4) Move the levers or rotate knobs to the minimum position.

5) Disconnect the grey program wire and tape over the jumper wire to prevent an accidental ground.

Your controls are now properly programed. When programming the levers to the maximum and minimum position, be careful not to over extend these positions - I always back off about 1/8" from the max and minimum.
